Am I going to get a high quality service?

Yes. We'll provide you with clean XHTML and CSS. So clean you'll want to bathe in it.

I want a website, but I don't know how to use Photoshop?

No problem, contact us and we'll quote you to design your site too!

I want my HTML to work with a CMS, shopping cart or Blog, is this possible?

We can provide you with the best possible cutup to integrate into a third party CMS or Blog, however we cannot provide additional support to you beyond the HTML / CSS stages.

I only have a JPG of my design, will that be OK?

Sure, whilst we'd prefer a Photoshop document, because it's high quality, we can slice from a JPG too. However quality may vary based upon how you've saved the JPG.

What browsers do you support?

Currently we support Opera 9, Safari 3+, Firefox 2+ and Internet Explorer 7+. We offer IE6 specific stylesheets, however we charge an additional fee for this.

 

 

Timing, Privacy & Cost

How long can I expect to wait for my files?

You specify the timings simply by dragging the time slider when you order, if you require the file tomorrow, then it will cost a little more than if you are willing to wait a week because it means we can't go to the pub tonight.

I'm a designer and I don't want you to put my work in your portfolio...

That's fine, we never do. As a rule, EVERYTHING is confidential, we work with some very big agencies who send us work all the time, but we never reveal this to the public.

Will you contact my clients directly?

No never. Your work is YOUR WORK. You can feel confident that outsourcing to us will be 100% safe. We will never tell your client that we worked for you, nor will we ever contact them.

Why are you guys so cheap?

We are great at what we do and can produce clean, valid code with attention to detail very quickly. We only charge you for the time we spend working on your job, not the time spent drinking coffee.

I have a unique job, could you provide me with a quote?

Simply email us with your job requirements and a screenshot of your design and we can get back to you with everything you need to know.

General Questions

Where are you based?

Right now, we are looking out over Bondi Beach, in Sydney, Australia. It's a hard life but someone has to do it! :)

What are your working hours?

We are available via email from around 8am to 11pm (we love our iPhones) each day. You can also find us on our various IM accounts from Monday to Friday throughout the day. Don't forget, we're in Sydney which is GMT +10 hours

How can I get in touch with you?

You can email us using the contact form, Instant Messenger or regular old phone call. We are also trialling a new "mind reading" system, although we are yet to reach conclusive results on its success.

How do you accept Payment?

We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and of course PayPal.

I'm a designer and would like to outsource my PSD coding to you...

That's convenient, we are PSD coders and would like to work with you. But seriously, we are a transparent service and your clients will never even know you have used us (unless of course you want them to know!).

Do you offer trade prices and bulk discounts?

Yes we do, we calculate discounts based on volume of work per month. To get an idea of the discounts and savings we can offer you please contact us and we'll talk numbers...

I work for an agency, can you help us?

We are more than happy to work as a white label provider for your agency or studio. We carry out work for a number of agencies around the world. Which ones you might ask? We can't tell you becasue we are 100% committed to the privacy of our clients.

I'm not happy with your work, can I get a refund?

We are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers and would hate to leave them unsatisfied. If you feel the work you receive isn't up to your standards or you have any issues get in touch with us and we will happily help you out.

 

 

Design Questions

Can you guys include flash into my design?

Yes, we can include flash into your designs. Simply provide your .swf files at the time of order and we will take care of the rest for you.

Can you handle rollovers?

Of course, we can handle any rollovers or special graphic requirements, just make sure your PSD has these clearly marked out and we will do the rest.

Can you take a look at my PSD before I order?

We love offering help and advice to our customers. If you have any questions about the design or coding process before ordering, send us an email with your design to look at.

Can you do jQuery or other fancy javascript?

We can usually accomodate most javascript needs, however this does incur an additional charge. It's best to email us in advance to let us know what you need and we can provide you with a quote.

 

Great! Converting your PSD to HTML couldn't be easier. Simply submit your PSD, along with any comments you feel are important, make payment, and we'll have your HTML delivered to you in your requested time frame. All our HTML will be valid and not use any tables. We are CSS wizards and take pride in making sure your HTML looks exactly like your Photoshop document.
